Champagne Hostomme
et fils, Chouilly

The Champagne Hostomme is a fantastic Grand Cru, Blanc des Blancs brut and therefore made from 100% Chardonnay. The small but very ambitious Hostomme et fils company from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly grows these grapes on very good limestone soils and puts them ‘sur lattes’ for disgorgement for at least 3 years. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle which matures slowly and for at least 3 years in cool cellars.

Master chef Sergio Herman from ‘The Jane’ in Antwerp was immediately pleasantly surprised by the great price/quality ratio and carries this Hostomme as Champagne de Maison.
