On the gentle slopes of the Sezannais, the area south of Epernay, in the lovely village of Allemant, de Vander and his son Rudy have been cultivating some 11 hectares of vineyards since 1968, spread over the three classic regions of Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Vallee de la Marne, for creating their
special champagnes. The Pinot Noir comes from the famous Celles sur Ource. Grapes and terroir that guarantee optimal quality.
Their craftsmanship is therefore often rewarded.

The champagne Carte Blanche Brut is made from the following grape varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 38% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Meunier. A champagne that seduces you immediately. Clear with fine constant bubbles that dance in the glass. Like early sunlight, the light yellow color warms your heart. The aroma of toast gives the champagne a creamy and sensational smoothness. Pleasant aromas of yellow and exotic fruits, almond and something floral, giving a hint of ‘sweetness’. The contribution of a large amount of Chardonnay gives this Carte Blanche a remarkable lively, and refreshing aftertaste, recognizable by the beautiful minerality and the ‘pinch’ of lemon. Harmonious with a surprising length and complexity.
